Klean Commodities is a leading producer and supplier of a wide variety of nano materials, ranging in quantities from tonnes to as small as grams, which can be used to support academic research purposesand/or industrial developments such as thin film solar applications. Our products are carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and nano elements as well as nano oxides for specific applications.
Our development team is a group of leading PHD’s in the field of Nano Technology. We have completed more research and development work in the field of carbon nanotubes synthesis and their applications than virtually any other company in our sector. Our team has over 25 years in the field and in product development experience. We have worked with various types of scalable technologies. Our primary process involves a unique Japanese technology which pioneered the CVD method to produce high purity single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) with various diameters, narrow diameter distribution and very low and very high purity depending on the applications.
On a daily basis we can produce over 5 tonnes of SWNTs with purity above 80%, over 2.5 tonnes of MWNTs with a 30-50nm diameter and approximately 1 tonne of DWNTs. In addition, MWNTs with purity above 98wt% can be produced and our production facilities are currently be scaled up to produce even larger volumes.
