Compare offers on battery limits and exclusions before you compare headline prices. Civil works, buildings, utility connections, permitting, spares, commissioning support and operator training sit inside some scopes and outside others, and a cheaper quotation is frequently just a narrower one. Ask every vendor for the same exclusions list and the comparison becomes meaningful.

Lead times

Long-lead items govern a project schedule more often than engineering does. Confirm delivery lead times for the critical equipment early, because a financial close date that ignores them will not survive contact with procurement.
